Schedule overview
The first three weeks of this Tantra Teacher Training Course (7–27 August 2023) are held in Tallinn, Estonia, in a non-residential format. During this portion of the TTC all participants are required to book their own accommodations and arrange their own meals.
Tallinn is home to many high quality and affordable accommodations options including hotels, hostels and Airbnb’s. Upon registration and confirmation of the course, all participants will have access to a group chat to discuss joint and shared travel arrangements, if that interests you.
During weeks 1-3 the following curriculum segments will be covered:
- Part 1: Fundamentals of Tantra
- Part 2: Becoming a Teacher
The last two weeks of this TTC (28 August – 10 September 2023) are held as a residential retreat at Adila Retreat Center in the countryside of Estonia. All participants will be transported by bus from Tallinn to Adila and accommodations and meals will be provided during this time.
During weeks 4-5 the following curriculum segment will be covered:

The following is a more detailed schedule of the first three weeks of the TTC which will be hosted at Tao Center in Tallinn, Estonia.
- Day 1: Welcome and introduction (Monday, 7 August 2023)

Your travel and accommodation

Travel dates
Arrival: We recommend that you arrive in Tallinn, Estonia, at least a day before the course begins (i.e. on 6 August 2023) or earlier. This leaves you some time to get acquainted with the city and settle into your accommodations. Also, arriving earlier offers a buffer in case of unexpected travel delays or changes.
Departure: As to your departure flight from Estonia, please do not plan it any earlier than 18:00 on 10 September 2023. Experience shows planning your final departure a day or two after the conclusion of the TTC (i.e. on 11 September or later) is even better to allow for integration time and processing of your personal experiences before returning to normal life.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive a course confirmation email from us. That email will clearly state that you can begin finalizing your travel related bookings.

Accommodation
Weeks 1-3 of this 5-week Tantra TTC are non-residential. This means that you are required to book your own accommodation in Tallinn until Monday, 28 August 2023
There are many comfortable and affordable Airbnb apartments available in Tallinn. Upon registration and course confirmation, you will be put in touch with your course colleagues through the Telegram app where you can get to know each other and discuss sharing an Airbnb apartment or joint accommodations plans.
On 28 August 2023 a chartered bus will take all participants to Adila Retreat Center for the final two weeks of the Tantra TTC. The final two weeks are residential and include both accommodation and meals.

Covid considerations
Travel to Estonia is open to citizens from all countries without any Covid related requirements or limitations.
Regardless of your citizenship, you do not need any Covid related forms, Covid-pass, PCR or other Covid tests to enter Estonia. Also vaccination is not required to enter Estonia.
For the most updated Covid conditions and/or restrictions, please refer to this official government website.
We recommend that you double check, however, if any Covid travel restrictions are currently in place for departure and re-entry into your own home country or country of residence, as well as any transit countries (i.e., layovers).
Depending on your passport, a Schengen visa may be required to enter the EU and Estonia. Please check the visa requirements before finalizing your travel plans.

Important note on force majeure
In case the conditions of force majeure render it impossible to offer the Tantra Teacher Training Course as an in-person physical course (e.g. due to Covid travel restrictions or other unforeseeable world events), the course will be reformatted into an online format and offered either partially or fully online via Zoom over the duration of a few months (the exact schedule will be planned in cooperation with the participants). In case of force majeure no refunds of your paid fees are offered
Venues
Tao Center and Adila Retreat Center in Estonia

Weeks 1-3 of this course are non-residential and held at the Tao Center located in the heart of Tallinn – an idyllic location with cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and plenty of nearby gourmet restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The center is complete with two comfortable and cozy Yoga halls, separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, co-ed sauna and a lovely common area for breaks.
Weeks 4-5 of this course are residential and held in a countryside location 45-minute drive from Tallinn, at Adila Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall at our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses and cottages for accommodation.
During weeks 4 and 5 you will be placed in shared occupancy with 2-4 people of the same gender per room. Couples will have their own private room. Higher quality rooms will be allocated according to registration date. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared showers and bathrooms in a nearby separate building

What is included
The course fee includes: All teachings and support materials; snacks and drinks during weeks 1-3; accommodation and meals during weeks 4 and 5; bus transport from Tallinn to Adila Retreat Center and return; course booklets and other supplies.
The course fee does not include: Flights to and from Estonia; cost of personal supplies that every participant is required to bring with them to the Tantra TTC (e.g. Yoga mat, teaching clothes, ritual outfits and the like – an exact list will be sent prior to the course).
For cancellation and refunds please carefully read our updated Terms of Service and Liability Waiver before making your booking. By making a booking you confirm that you fully accept all terms presented in these documents. Upon a cancellation from your side, the deposit payment is non-refundable, but additional refund limitations may also apply depending on other factors.
