The TMT Advanced involves a total of 52 hours of intense studies and practice with group activities.
Day 1 (22 January): Group welcome dinner and course briefing in Tallinn from 19:00 to 22:00. We ask you to not miss this first evening and to arrive in time for this beautiful gathering. The dinner is complementary.
Days 2 to 7 (23 – 28 January): The teachings and practices are held for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalize.
08:00 Morning Hatha Yoga for purification and revitalisation
09:30 Morning teaching and practice session
13:30 Lunch break (approximate time)
15:00 Afternoon teaching and practice session
19:00 Conclusion of the day / Occasional satsang / Sauna
Day 8 (29 January): Final day with a Shivaratri Ritual, certification ceremony and conclusion of the course by 14:00. Please do not plan your flight out of Tallinn before 17:00 of the same day. Best even, stay for an extra day to connect more with your peers that evening.
