Welcome to the Kundalini Program – the next cycle within our Tantra Yoga curriculum comprising of Levels 15 to 24. Here you are entering the “big league” of Yoga practitioners.
Authentic Kundalini Yoga is one of the most powerful forms of Tantra Yoga (not to be mistaken with the modern Kundalini Yoga widely available today). Here the yogi will be propelled into strong energy practices, which require a thorough physical and energetic preparation and the guidance of accomplished teachers.
You will be studying and practicing the 10 secret mudras of authentic Kundalini Yoga (one per each level) and experience a new dimension of accomplishment in your evolution.
The initiations into the Mahavidya Yoga continue here as well as teachings from various elements of spiritual Yoga – such as the Law of Three and the Law of Seven – and many other topics.
Your Yoga asanas program will be readjusted to fit the Kundalini Program and no new asanas will be introduced in this program, allowing you to put maximum attention to your Kundalini techniques.

Guidelines for Classes
- Cultivate an open mind and a willingness to learn
- Arrive on time to each class and practice session
- Be present and focused during each teaching sessions. Remove any potential distractions.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol and recreational drugs
- Commit to practicing the learned techniques for a minimum of 14 days
- Between each Yoga level practice the techniques diligently to assimilate the knowledge into your aura

Application
For the purpose of creating a balanced and harmonious group, all our courses can be joined by application only.
After making your course payment, you will receive an email with a link to an online Application Form. Please fill out the form completely and submit it. In addition to the Application Form, we may ask you to have a video call with one of our head teachers before a final decision about your participation can be made.
Once the application process is complete, an answer will be given to you within 5 working days. In the case of a negative answer, your payment will be fully refunded.
Green Sash Exam
Completing Level 24 designates the end of the fourth major step in your evolution through the Tantra Yoga module.
At the end of this program, the student will take the Green Sash Exam, or otherwise known as the “Kundalini examination”, which tests your proficiency in the yogic practice and science gained in Levels 1 to 24.
The exam includes theoretical multiple-choice questions on the material covered in Levels 15 to 24, as well as practical assessments – such as accurate performance of any of the techniques learned (randomly chosen by the examiner), prolonged execution of certain asanas, correct identification of a piece of music and the chakra in which is resonates on, and other evaluations.
The exact details of the Green Sash Exam will be disclosed in the beginning of Level 24. Personal practice of the teachings and techniques of all the prior levels is needed to pass this exam successfully.
