Online Course Schedule
This Tantra Yoga Level 5 online course is offered in the format of 8 classes. Each class has a duration of 3 to 4 hours and consists of theoretical and practical teachings, group Yoga practice and Q&A session.
- The classes are offered once a week on Tuesdays:
London (UTC +0): 14:00 – 18:00
New York (UTC -4): 10:00 – 14:00
Los Angeles (UTC -7): 07:00 – 11:00
Sydney (UTC +11): 01:00 – 05:00 (the following day)In order to pass this Level and be eligible to continue with Tantra Yoga Level 6, the participant needs to be fully present in at least 6 classes out of 8 (both in the theoretical and practice sessions).

How To Participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. The access codes will be sent to you a day or two before the beginning of the course.
During the teaching and practice sessions we ask you to:
- Use a webcam at all times for enhanced learning environment and group energy. If your webcam is off you will be placed in the waiting room until you are able to fully participate.
- Use earphones with a built-in microphone. This is required for better audio quality, more concentrated learning and to maintain privacy of the teachings.
- Participate without distraction and do not engage in other activities, like driving, cooking, walking, working etc, during the course. This will disrupt the group energy and the flow of your course experience.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course are allowed to be in the same room with you during the teaching sessions.
- This course is offered live online. No recordings are provided and personal recording of the sessions is strictly prohibited.

Online course, live via ZoomWe’ll meet through Zoom to keep the experience interactive and personal. A webcam and earphones with a microphone are required to fully take part.
Every session is taught live only, with no recordings available afterward, so be sure to join on time according to your own time zone. You’ll have the chance to ask our teachers questions directly during designated Q&A sessions.
Please note this retreat is offered in English only, with no translation services available at this time.
