Online Course Schedule
This Tantra Yoga Level 3 online course is offered in the format of 12 classes. Each class is up to 4 hours in duration and consists of theoretical and practical teachings, group Yoga practice and Q&A sessions.
- The classes are offered once a week on Thursdays:
London (UTC +0): 14:00 – 18:00
New York (UTC -5): 09:00 – 13:00
Los Angeles (UTC -8): 06:00 – 10:00
Sydney (UTC +11): 01:00 – 05:00 (the following day)In order to pass this level and be eligible to take the Red Sash Exam and to continue with Tantra Yoga Level 4, the participant needs to be fully present in a minimum of 9 classes out of 12.

Red Sash Exam
Completing the Level 3 designates the end of the first major step in your evolution through the Tantra Yoga module. At the end of this program you will take the Red Sash Exam or otherwise named the Aspirant’s Examination, which tests your proficiency in the yogic practice, science and knowledge gained so far in the first three levels.
The exam includes theoretical and practical elements from all of the material covered in Levels 1 to 3.
The details of the Red Sash Exam will be disclosed at the respective Level 3 course. The exam is scheduled for 20 February 2025.

How To Participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. The access codes will be sent to you a day or two before the beginning of the course.
During the teaching and practice sessions we ask you to:
- Use a webcam at all times for enhanced learning environment and group energy. If your webcam is off you will be placed in the waiting room until you are able to fully participate.
- Use a headset with a built-in microphone. This is required for better audio quality, more concentrated learning and to maintain privacy of the teachings.
- Participate without distraction and do not engage in other activities, like driving, cooking, walking, working etc, during the course. This will disrupt the group energy and the flow of your course experience.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course are allowed to be in the same room with you during the teaching sessions.
- This course is offered live online. No recordings are provided and personal recording of the sessions is strictly prohibited.
