Day 1: Arrival and introduction
Day 1 is dedicated to arriving to the residential venue, Adila Retreat Center, getting settled, enjoying a nice dinner together with the group, meeting your teachers and receiving a briefing regarding how to prepare and what to expect in the days to come.
- The schedule for Day 1 (9 March 2023) is the following:
15:00 Chartered bus pickup at Tallinn city centre
15:20 Chartered bus pickup at Tallinn airport
16:30 Arrival to Adila Retreat Center, settling in
18:00 Welcome dinner
19:00 Introduction and briefing
22:00 ConclusionYou will receive a separate email with the details of the bus pickup. We recommend that you arrive to Tallinn at least a few hours before the bus departure or, better yet, a day before, leaving a buffer for possible unexpected travel hiccups.

Days 2-10: Studies
Days 2-10 (10 – 18 March 2023): Teachings and practice of Tantra Massage for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions will follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.

Day 11: Conclusion and departure
The last day we will begin slightly later. There will be no morning Yoga practice and no more massage practice. Instead, we will perform a group tantric ritual and hold a certification ceremony.

14:00 Departure to Tallinn with chartered bus
15:00 Approximate arrival to TallinnYou will be dropped off either in the city centre or the airport.
Please do not plan your flight out of Estonia earlier than 19:00 on 19 March. This will give you an opportunity to participate in a powerful tantric ritual, conclude the course harmoniously, take photos and say proper goodbyes to your new friends.

Required level of health
The massage practice sessions in this training are done from the floor on padded massage spaces created from the supplies you will be required to bring with you to the course (i.e. yoga mat and blankets).
It is necessary that you have a good level of physical fitness in order to join this training and be able to participate fully. You should be free from any severe or debilitating injuries that prevent you from kneeling on the floor and massaging your partner for an extended period of time.
Massage sessions will be 1-3 hours in length and the necessary stamina and mobility to sustain this level of physical activity is necessary in order to join this training. Please keep this in mind before applying.

Entry into Estonia

Travel to Estonia is open to citizens from all countries without any Covid related requirements or limitations.
Regardless of your citizenship, you do not need any Covid related forms, Covid-pass, PCR or other Covid tests to enter Estonia.
For the most updated Covid conditions and/or restrictions, please refer to this official government website.
We recommend that you double check, however, if any Covid travel restrictions are currently in place for departure and reentry into your own home country or country of your residence, as well as any transit countries (i.e., layovers).
Depending on your passport, a Schengen visa may be required to enter the EU and Estonia. Please check the visa requirements before planning your travel.

Tickets
The course fee includes: All course teachings and supplies, accommodation for 10 nights in shared occupancy (2-4 people per room); three delicious meals a day; group transportation from the airport to the course venue and return.
The course fee does not include: Flights to Estonia; cost of personal supplies that a participant is required to bring (e.g. Yoga mat and blankets; an exact list will be sent prior to the course).
To book your place for this course a minimum payment of 850€ is required for your application to be reviewed. You may also choose to make a full payment immediately.
For cancellation and refunds please carefully read our updated Terms of Service and Liability Waiver before making your booking. By making a booking you confirm that you fully accept all terms presented in these documents. Upon a cancellation from your side, the deposit payment is non-refundable but additional refund limitations may also apply depending on other factors.
