Adila Retreat Center and Tao Center in Estonia

Rotermanni 2
Tallinn, Estonia

Part 1 of this course is residential and is held in a countryside location 45-minute drive from Tallinn, at Adila Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall at our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses and cottages for accommodation.

During Part 1 you will be placed in shared occupancy with 2 to 4 people of the same gender per room. Couples will have their own private room. Higher quality rooms will be allocated according to registration date. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared showers and bathrooms in a nearby separate building.

Part 2 of this course is non-residential and participants are required to secure their own accommodations. Teachings will be held at the Tao Center located in the heart of Tallinn – an idyllic location with cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and plenty of nearby gourmet restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The Tao Center is complete with two comfortable and cozy Yoga halls, separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, co-ed sauna and a lovely common area for breaks.
