General overview
This Tantra Massage Teacher Training Course is partially residential and partially non-residential. This is an overview of the schedule:
- Part 1, Residential (9-19 March 2023): Part 1 takes place at Adila Retreat Center in Pihali Village, Estonia. The venue is about 45 minute drive from the capital city, Tallinn. Accommodation and meals are included in your course fee as well as a chartered bus from Tallinn to Adila on 9 March and back to Tallinn on 19 March.
- 2 days break (20-21 March 2023): After the conclusion of Part 1 you will have a 2-day break for rest and rejuvenation. During this period as well as Part 2, you will be in Tallinn and need to book you own accommodations from 19 March until the end of the TTC, 7 April 2023.
- Part 2, Non-Residential (22 March – 7 April 2023): The non-residential venue for Part 2 is the Tao Centre, located in the heart of Tallinn. It is recommended to book an Airbnb, Hotel or Hostel within walking distance of the venue. We encourage you to share accommodations (and costs) with other participants – it will make the experience that much more fun!. Tallinn offers many excellent and affordable options, some even with private saunas.

Day 1: Arrival
Day 1 is dedicated to arriving to the residential venue, Adila Retreat Center, getting settled, enjoying a nice dinner together with the group, meeting your teachers and receiving a briefing regarding how to prepare and what to expect in the days and weeks to come.
- The schedule for Day 1 (9 March 2023) is the following:
15:00 Chartered bus pickup at Tallinn city centre
15:20 Chartered bus pickup at Tallinn airport
16:30 Arrival to Adila Retreat Center

19:00 Introduction and briefing
22:00 ConclusionYou will receive a separate email with the details of the bus pickup. We recommend that you arrive to Tallinn at least a few hours before the bus departure or, better yet, a day before, leaving a buffer for possible unexpected travel hiccups.

Days 2 to 11: Part 1 in Adila
- Days 2-10 (10 – 18 March 2023): Teachings and practice of Tantra Massage for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions will follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.

21:00 Optional sauna or satsang- Day 11 (19 March 2023): Conclusion of Part 1 of this Teacher Training Course. There will be a final ceremony and a beautiful tantric ritual.

Days 12 to 29: Part 2 in Tallinn
- Day 12-13 (20-21 March 2023): The Non-Residential portion of this TTC begins here. Between Part 1 and Part 2 we offer you 2 days break for settling in to your new accommodations in Tallinn and resting and rejuvenation. Part 2 will begin on 22 March.
- Days 14 – 29 (22 March – 6 April 2023): Molding you into a skillful and powerful teacher of Tantra Massage commences! You will receive additional lectures and teachings about how to become a teacher, start preparing for and giving practicums in front of your peers and teachers and continue with the practice of Tantra Massage.

Day 30: Conclusion
On the last day there will be no Yoga practice, teachings or practice massage sessions. There will be a group Empowerment Meditation and the Lineage Blessing Ritual followed by the graduation ceremony and final sharing.

13:00 Conclusion and departureConclusion is at 13:00. Please do not plan your departure (i.e. flights) earlier than 16:00 on this day. Many participants choose to postpone their departure for 1-3 additional days for spiritual and emotional integration, to explore Tallinn and do some sightseeing and/or to spend some quality time with their peers.
Planning your travel

Recommended travel dates
We recommend that you arrive to Tallinn, Estonia, a day before the course begins. This leaves you enough time to arrive peacefully and without rushing and also offers a buffer in the case of unexpected travel delays or changes.
The course begins on 9 March, therefore the recommended arrival date would be on 8 March 2023.
We also strongly recommend that you do not plan your departure from Tallinn on the same day when the course ends. Experience shows from previous TTC’s that the last day is precious for integration and preparing for your re-entry into the world as well as for celebrating your accomplishment with your peers.
The course officially ends on 7 April, therefore the recommended departure date would be 8 April 2023, or later.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not make travel arrangements until you receive an email from our team stating that the course group has been fully confirmed and it is ok to finalise bookings.

Covid considerations
Travel to Estonia is open to citizens from all countries without any Covid related requirements or limitations.
Regardless of your citizenship, you do not need any Covid related forms, Covid-pass, PCR or other Covid tests to enter Estonia. Also vaccination is not required to enter Estonia.

We recommend that you double check, however, if any Covid travel restrictions are currently in place for departure and re-entry into your own home country or country of residence, as well as any transit countries (i.e., layovers).
Depending on your passport, a Schengen visa may be required to enter the EU and Estonia. Please check the visa requirements before finalising your travel plans.

Pühali Retreat Center and Tao Center in Estonia

Part 1 of this course is residential and is held in a countryside location 45-minute drive from Tallinn, at Pühali Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall at our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses and cottages for accommodation.
During Part 1 you will be placed in shared occupancy with 2 to 4 people of the same gender per room. Couples will have their own private room. Higher quality rooms will be allocated according to registration date. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared showers and bathrooms in a nearby separate building.
Part 2 of this course is non-residential and participants are required to secure their own accommodations. Teachings will be held at the Tao Center located in the heart of Tallinn – an idyllic location with cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and plenty of nearby gourmet restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The Tao Center is complete with two comfortable and cozy Yoga halls, separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, co-ed sauna and a lovely common area for breaks.

What is included
The course fee includes: Accommodation and meals during Part 1 of the course, bus transport from Tallinn to Adila Retreat Center and back to Tallinn on 20 March, course booklets, oils and other supplies, all teachings as well as drinks and snacks during Part 2 of the course.
The course fee does not include: Flights to and from Estonia; accommodations or meals during Part 2 of the course, cost of personal supplies that every participant is required to bring (e.g. Yoga mat, blankets and the like – the exact list will be sent prior to the course).
