Laura Caputo

A profound spiritual experience over 17 years ago deepened Laura’s interest in non-duality, consciousness, and embodiment. Time spent in the jungle and in shamanic healing spaces helped her reconnect with her body and intuition, which became a key part of her transformation.

Initially drawn to an ascetic path, Laura’s curiosity about sacred sexuality opened a new doorway. Sensing the deep spiritual power in sexual energy, she explored various Tantra courses, but found herself still searching for greater depth.

In 2022, she discovered the classical tantric teachings of Somananda Tantra School, finally finding the structure and authenticity she sought. Tantra brought Laura greater clarity and joy, supporting her through deep personal healing and growth as she continued her study and practice.

Today, Laura has completed both the Tantra Yoga Teacher Training Course and Tantra Sexuality Teacher Training Course certifications. She is honored to guide students in discovering authentic Tantra and to give back to the tradition that has profoundly shaped her path.
