This course will take place at a beautiful retreat center of Monte da Orada. The group will travel by chartered bus from Lisbon to the retreat venue.
For a seamless travel experience, we recommend arriving in Lisbon at least one day before the course begins. This will ensure you have ample time to catch the chartered bus to the venue, even if there are any travel delays.
If you arrive early, we suggest booking a hotel in Lisbon. There is a wide range of accommodation options are available to suit various budgets. A taxi from the airport to the city center typically costs between 15-25€ (18-30 USD).
Please note that depending on your nationality, a Schengen visa may be required to enter Portugal and the European Union. Be sure to check visa requirements before finalizing your travel plans.

Accommodation will be allocated in the order of your sign-up date, with higher quality rooms given to earlier registrants.

The course fee covers all teachings and materials, a comprehensive course booklet, 7 nights of shared accommodation (2–4 participants per room), three nourishing meals per day, and group transportation between Lisbon and the course venue (round trip).
Participants are responsible for arranging their flights to Lisbon, Portugal, as well as personal supplies required for the course, such as a yoga mat and certain clothing. A detailed packing list will be provided before the course.
