Day 1: Arrival and Introduction
This Ultimate Tantric Woman is a residential retreat. You will spend all 7 days in a beautiful Crete countryside location.
Chartered bus transport from Heraklion, the capital of Crete island, to the course venue and back is organised by us and is free of charge for you.
- The schedule for Day 1 (7 September 2024) is the following:
16:00 Group pick-up at Heraklion Airport
16:20 Group pick-up at Heraklion city centre
18:00 Approximate arrival to the course venue, settling in
19:00 Welcome dinner
20:00 Course introduction and first teachings

Days 2-7: Studies
- Days 2-7 (8 – 13 September 2024): Teachings and practice of Ultimate Tantric Woman for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.

Day 8: Conclusion and Departure
On the last day we will begin slightly later, as there will be no morning Yoga practice. Instead, we will have the final course teachings and perform a beautiful group ritual.

16:30 Approximate arrival to HeraklionYou will be dropped off either in the Heraklion city centre or the airport.
Please do not plan your flight out of Heraklion earlier than 19:00 on 14 September. We recommend even that you stay an extra day or two in Heraklion to integrate the course experience better, before taking any flights.

Venue
Levinthos and Filoxenia Retreat Center
Lentas, Crete Island, GreeceThis retreat takes place in Levinthos and Filoxenia retreat centres located close to Lentas coastal village on the south coast of Crete island, 75 km from Heraklion. This is a very picturesque spot with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and is perfect for our teachings and spiritual practices.
The two guesthouses feature a selection of rooms with stunning views from many. You will be placed in shared accommodation with two to four people per room. Each room has its own en suite bathroom. Accommodation will be allocated in the order of your sign-up date with higher quality rooms given to earlier registrants.
There is a beautiful private beach as part of the property and delicious Cretan vegetarian meals are served three times daily. A true paradise!

Tickets
The course fee includes: All course teachings and supplies, accommodation for 7 nights in shared occupancy (2-4 people per room); three delicious vegetarian or vegan meals a day; group transportation from Heraklion to the course venue and return.
The course fee does not include: Flights to Crete, Greece; cost of personal supplies that a participant is required to bring (e.g. Yoga mat, special clothing; an exact list will be sent prior to the course).
For cancellation and refunds please carefully read our updated Terms of Service and Liability Waiver before making your booking. By making a booking you confirm that you fully accept all terms presented in these documents. Upon a cancellation from your side, the deposit payment is non-refundable but additional refund limitations may also apply depending on other factors.
