Day 1: Arrival and Beginning
We begin with the course on Saturday, 21 August.

Days 2-7: Studies
- Days 2-7 (22 – 27 August 2027): There will be various teachings and practices for approximately eight hours daily. Several breaks are allocated throughout the day and we provide drinks and snacks at all times.

14:00 Conclusion of the retreatPlease do not plan your flight out of Tallinn earlier than 18:00 on 28 August. This will give you an opportunity to conclude the course harmoniously and say proper goodbyes to everyone.

Application Process
To ensure a balanced and harmonious group dynamic, participation in all our courses is by application only. The application process consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: Registration and Payment
Complete your course registration and payment. - Step 2: Submit the Online Application Form
Fill out and submit the online Application Form provided in your purchase confirmation email. - Step 3: Audio Call and Final Decision
Once we receive your Application Form, new students will be required to schedule a 10-minute audio call with one of our head teachers. Following this step, a final decision regarding your participation will be made.
You will receive a decision within three working days after completing the application process. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be fully refunded.

Travel Planning to Tallinn, Estonia

Arrival
We recommend that you plan to arrive in Tallinn, Estonia at least one day before the course begins, on 20 August 2027. The course itself starts on 21 August 2027 at 15:00. Arriving a day early will give you time to explore the charming city, settle comfortably into your accommodation, and ensure a smooth start, even if there are unexpected travel delays.
From the airport, a taxi ride to the city center typically costs 15–25 € (16–27 USD).
Please remember that depending on your nationality, you may need a Schengen visa to enter Estonia and the European Union. We encourage you to verify visa requirements in advance to avoid last-minute surprises.

Departure
When booking your return flight, please schedule it no earlier than 18:00 on 28 August 2027. This allows you to complete the program fully and travel to the airport without stress.
If your schedule allows, we highly recommend staying an extra day or two in Tallinn. This additional time will give you space to rest and integrate your experiences before returning home.

The Tao Center is a non-residential venue located in the heart of Tallinn. An idyllic location with cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and plenty of nearby gourmet restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The center is complete with a comfortable and cozy Yoga hall, separate men and women’s locker rooms with showers, co-ed sauna and a common area for breaks.

Tickets
Course Fee Inclusions:
The course fee covers all teachings and materials, as well as refreshments, including drinks and snacks, for the entire duration of the program.
Not Included in the Course Fee:
Participants are responsible for arranging their flights to Tallinn, Estonia, their accommodation, meals, and personal supplies required for the course, such as a yoga mat and certain clothing. A detailed packing list will be provided before the course.
