All course days, 25-28 June 2020, have the same general schedule. Experiential exercises and meditations are included into various teaching sessions. Guided Hatha Yoga practice is generally done in the mornings, except the first day when it is in the afternoon. The times below are given according to London time zone.

In an online course you will receive all the same teachings as in a physical group course. Please just note that in some cases the practical exercises of an online course will need to be adjusted for the online format and they may, therefore, differ from what is listed in the course description page.
The online course will be offered through Zoom, so we could have a more interactive group experience. Note that you are required to use a webcam and a headset with a microphone in order to part take in this online course.
Every session will be taught in a live format only. There will be no recordings available at a later time or date. Be sure to be there on time for each session according to your personal time zone.
You can ask questions from our teachers verbally during designated Q&A sessions.
Do keep in mind this online retreat is offered in English only. There are no translation services available at this time.
