Schedule
This Tantra Massage Therapist Training on Pihali, Estonia, is a residential course. The group will spend all 10 days in same location with accommodation and meals provided.
The course involves a total of 85 hours of intense theoretical studies and practical training. The course is conducted over a period of 10 days, which culminate with theoretical and practical exam. Upon the successful completion of the exam a participant will receive the Tantra Massage Therapist Certificate issued by the Somananda Tantra School.
The course schedule may vary day-by-day due to the nature of the teachings and needs of the group, but generally, our training schedule will look like the following:
- Day 1 (10 November 2019): The exact departure location will be communicated to all participants. At 19:00 welcome dinner begins at the venue followed by the retreat introduction at 20:00.
- Days 2-10 (11 – 19 November 2019): Teachings and practice of Tantra Massage for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.
- 08:00 Morning Hatha Yoga for purification and revitalisation
09:00 Breakfast
10:00 Morning teaching session
13:30 Lunch and rest
16:00 Afternoon teaching session
20:00 Dinner
21:00 Occasional satsang

- Day 11 (20 November 2019): Course-ending ceremony and conclusion, followed by lunch.

Final Exam
This international Tantra Massage Therapist Training concludes with a final exam, held on the last teaching day of the course. Course participants must successfully pass both elements of the exam, displaying proficiency in their knowledge and practical skills, in order to receive their certificate. The exam will include a theoretical exam (30 multiple-choice questions in 30 minutes; 80% is the passing rate) and a practical exam of giving a massage to one of your peers (15-30 minutes). Points are awarded based on observations by the teachers.

This is a retreat held in a countryside location one-hour drive from Tallinn, in Adila Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall in our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses for accommodation.
You will be placed in shared occupancy with 2 to 4 people per room or cottage. Higher quality rooms will be allocated to the first subscribers. Couples will have their own private room. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared shower and bathrooms in a separate building.

Not only is it famed for its ability to remove sexual and energetic blockages from the body, but it can also eradicate common dysfunctions, an inability to achieve deep states of orgasm (especially in the case of women), and other psychosomatic issues. This is a beautiful way to share the very beneficial aspects of touch and energy exchange, and to bring restorative, sacred healing to your partner or clients.
Our Tantra Massage Therapist Training will train anyone who is interested to become a tantric healer in personal or professional life in the practical skill of Tantra Massage,
The course includes the full teachings of yoni and lingam massage (yoni is the ancient sacred name for the female genitalia and lingam is the corresponding term for the male phallus). This is a rare art approached with gratitude, an attitude of transfiguration and devotion, and a commitment to honour the divine tantric heritage, which forms the roots of this amazing practice.
This course is led by head teachers Somananda and Liisa Maimon and is supported by other team members. Teaching language is English.
