Somananda, together with local Siddha masters, will broadcast live a public Full Moon Tantric Siddha Puja event from South India and you are invited!
This event will serve a twofold purpose:
- Firstly, giving all those with a sincere wish and aspiration to experience a unique form of Indian puja – one that is influenced by both the ancient Siddha and Tantric traditions – an opportunity to do so.
- Secondly, all of the funds raised will go towards the completion of the Somananda Siddha Clinic, a beloved project and personal mission of Soma and our school.

Conducting the puja during auspicious and favorable astrological moments such as the Full Moon will generate strong sublimation effects and serve as a gift for your spiritual evolution and personal development.
With Somananda’s spiritual leverage and the support of the Siddha masters, the divine Shakti energy of the Goddess will be invoked and divine grace will be channeled to all online participants.

How you can prepare
There are a few simple preparations you can take and make in order to get the most out of your puja experience. Here is what Soma recommends:
- Shower or bathe beforehand – prepare yourself as you would for a holy ceremony or attending a temple or church
- Wear white clothing, as this is the color of purity.
- Avoid the use of technology (TV, phone, laptop, social media, etc.) at least 2 hours before the puja. Even better if it can be avoided for the whole day. Try to spend the day in meditation, contemplation and prayer.
- Best to not eat at least 2 hours prior to the puja.
- Prepare a sacred space. You can add candles, incense, yantras, spiritual and holy statues around your room.
- Be sure to have a comfortable sitting place on the floor or on a chair for the puja mediation.
Once the puja concludes, you can continue to meditate for 15-60 minutes more if you wish. This can prolong and even enhance the puja energy.

How to participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. All necessary access codes and passwords for this online course will be sent to you in an email one or two days before the online course is scheduled to start.
During all teaching and practice session you are required to:
- Use a webcam to part take in this course. If your webcam is not switched on during the sessions you will be removed from the course.
- Use a headset with a built-in microphone. If you are not using a headset during the sessions you will be removed from the course.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course, are allowed to be in the same room with you during the sessions.
- We recommend that you download Zoom to your computer here and test your audio and camera here.

Online course, live via ZoomThe online course will be offered through Zoom, so we could have a more interactive group experience. Note that you are required to use a webcam and a headset with a microphone in order to part take in this online course.
Every session will be taught in a live format only. There will be no recordings available at a later time or date. Be sure to be there on time for each session according to your personal time zone.
You can ask questions from our teachers verbally during designated Q&A sessions.
Do keep in mind this online retreat is offered in English only. There are no translation services available at this time.
