Hailing from Slovakia, Jan is a massage therapist who has always had a deep sensitivity to the energies and frequencies of the body, which is something he’s felt intuitively for years.

But his life wasn’t always this balanced and purposeful. Like many of us, he faced his fair share of struggles: financial hardship, the challenges of single parenting, and even periods of feeling lost in his career and spiritual pursuits.

This article won’t just be about Jan’s transformation but also about how the teachings of Tantra and Tantra Yoga can bring profound and yet practical changes to your everyday life. We’ll take a look at how through his unwavering commitment to Somananda’s methods, Jan was able to reshape his personal and professional world and also discovered a deep connection with himself and others in the process.

Jan’s Background

Jan has always been a quiet and introspective soul, and someone who naturally tunes into the subtleties of the world around him. From an early age, he realized that he had a unique ability to sense the energies and frequencies within the human body, which he felt was something that set him apart from most people.

“I found that most people don’t feel energies the way I do,” Jan says.

This sensitivity guided him toward a career in massage therapy, where he found joy in helping others heal and feel more balanced. Starting in 2007, he started honing his craft and even explored Tantra massage in the Czech Republic. However, despite its promises, that path didn’t quite provide the depth he was searching for. It just felt incomplete, like a piece of the puzzle was missing.

From an early age, Jan realized that he had a unique ability to sense the energies and frequencies within the human body, which he felt was something that set him apart from most people.

Life threw Jan some serious curveballs along the way. He faced five years of unemployment, during which he struggled to provide for himself and his young daughter, who is now seven years old. With limited resources, there were times he didn’t even have enough money for food.

Yet, through all of this, Jan never lost hope. Finding support from his parents and raising his daughter alone, he continued searching for answers and channeled his struggles into a deeper spiritual quest that would eventually lead him to the teachings of the Somananda Tantra School.

A Life-Changing Encounter with Somananda

At the start of 2023, Jan’s life took a profound turn during a meditation session. Two words came to him like a whisper from the universe: “Prana” and “Tantra.”

Although Jan didn’t fully understand their significance at the time, they sparked a memory of an article he had read years earlier from the Somananda Tantra School.

“I immediately started to search for Tantra,” Jan said. “I found Somananda’s remote healing video on YouTube which I had seen before…I started watching your free videos on Facebook. I was really fascinated because this was really different from yoga in daily life.”

Feeling an undeniable pull, he began exploring our teachings more deeply by starting with our free online resources. He watched remote healing videos and Tantra Yoga demonstrations, and he was fascinated by how different and practical these methods seemed compared to anything he’d encountered before.

Jan had a history of practicing yoga before, so he was already familiar with the healing power that it is capable of. For instance, a chronic knee issue that had plagued him for years healed completely, and he incorporated yoga purification exercises and dietary shifts like giving up meat and milk for extended periods.

“I started to do my own research as Somanada inspired me,” Jan says. “So I started to do exercises from Tantra Yoga Level 1 everyday while still learning from Somanada’s free sessions.”

Despite his curiosity, the journey wasn’t easy. Tantric practices can be intense, and he initially felt exhausted. But something in him refused to give up. His commitment to his practice was nothing short of remarkable as he dedicated 2 to 5 hours every day to Tantra Yoga and meditation by integrating these ancient techniques into his daily routine.

As we’ll soon see, the results were absolutely transformative emotional and spiritual awakening.

Magical Financial Improvement

Jan’s dedication to his practice began to yield unexpected and yet profound results, starting with a financial breakthrough that was almost miraculous.

Despite living with very limited resources, he manifested exactly $800, which was almost the exact amount that he needed to enroll in Somananda’s Tantra Yoga Level 1 program.

“At first, I didn’t have any money to do Tantra Yoga Level 1,” he said. “It took nine months before I got the money. But until then I took advantage of all the free videos and content that I could.”

While this left him with almost no money to spare, Jan didn’t hesitate. His faith in the value of the program was so strong that he trusted that the investment would pay off.

He was right. Soon after committing to the course, opportunities began flowing into his life. Almost serendipitously, he was offered a job as a massage therapist at two hotels within walking distance of home. These positions not only allowed him to stabilize his financial situation but also provided a platform for him to incorporate the spiritual energy and focus he cultivated through Tantra Yoga into his professional work.

Jan’s yoga routine, meditation, and deep focus seemed to shift his energy by making him more magnetic to positivity and abundance.

His concentration also improved dramatically when he learned to focus intently on one thing for at least four minutes at a time, which was a skill that opened new doors to self-awareness.

“There’s so many ways my body is speaking to me,” says Jan. “Before I didn’t love myself or others, and I wasn’t able to trust anyone. I missed very practical things in my life. But that has since changed.”

The connection between his practice and these newfound opportunities was clear. Jan’s yoga routine, meditation, and deep focus seemed to shift his energy by making him more magnetic to positivity and abundance.

As a result, he began attracting clients and experiences that were aligned with his renewed sense of purpose in himself, which just goes to show how combining work in your inner self with trust in the process means life will respond in incredible ways.

Experiencing Magnetic Energy

One of the most striking outcomes of Jan’s journey with Tantra and yoga has been the noticeable shift in his energy. It was a transformation so profound that even strangers could sense it and now he radiates a presence that draws people in.

“I used to feel invisible when I was out in public,” Jan says. “But now people want to talk to me. It’s like they see something special. Both men and women, I’m like an invisible magnet for them.”

Regardless of whether he’s just walking down the street or going out shopping, he explained to us how strangers (both men and women) would approach him with curiosity and ask him questions.

Clients who come to him for massage therapy often remark on the calming and uplifting energy he exudes, and they find comfort not just in his techniques but in the warmth of his aura. Jan has also passed on much of what he has learned about Tantra Yoga to his clients.

This new effect he had on people was not just limited to strangers. Jan’s daughter, who was once reserved in showing affection, now frequently runs to him with hugs and loving words. Jan believes this is a direct reflection of the energy shift his practice has created because his radiance has created a deeper emotional connection with her, and the joy of seeing his daughter respond to his new energy has only reinforced his belief in the power of the tantric teachings.

Deeper Spiritual Impacts of Jan’s Journey

Jan’s spiritual journey has unfolded in ways he never expected. During periods of deep meditation, he has had vivid and surreal experiences, such as seeing his own body from afar and feeling a profound relationship with Mother Earth.

Jan used to feel ‘invisible’ when he was out in public, but now he radiates a presence that draws people in.

These moments have given him insights into the mysteries of existence itself, and this new spiritual depth has shifted his priorities. Conversations about football or cars, for instance, now seem trivial compared to the awe he feels when contemplating life’s bigger questions. His focus has turned inward by exploring the vast potential of the human spirit rather than external distractions.

“I recognized Shiva’s energy on my skin,” Jan said. “I believe it was a reflection of my third eye that had developed as a result of my yoga practice.”

Together, these experiences have solidified Jan’s path as both a seeker and a guide for other people.

Jan’s plans for his future are just as exciting as the transformation he’s already experienced. He’s completely committed to continuing his education with the Somananda Tantra School, and he aims to attend every class we offer.

But he doesn’t want to stop there. He also dreams of blending what he’s learned at Somananda with teachings from other spiritual disciplines, and his goal is to help others that combines the best of everything he’s discovered.

Jan sees himself becoming a healer and he believes that raising his energy frequency and working on his own spiritual growth will make him even better at guiding others through their challenges.

From healing his body to finding his purpose and even improving his relationships, Jan is living proof that these teachings are more than just theory – they work!
