Curriculum Overview

The transformative Tantra Sexuality Teacher Training Course is composed of three essential parts, each reflecting a core pillar of becoming a skilled and authentic Tantra teacher.

While all parts are interwoven throughout the course, the first three weeks focus primarily on Part 1 and Part 2, with the final two weeks emphasizing Part 3.

Practicum sessions begin in the second week, where all participants deliver lectures and guide Tantra practices for their peers and supervising teachers. Each practicum is followed by personalized feedback and suggestions for refinement.

The course concludes with a final exam, a graduation ceremony, and a powerful empowerment meditation.

  • Advanced Erotic Practices and Rituals

    Please be aware that this TSTTC includes advanced tantric practices and rituals aimed at transformation, overcoming blockages, mastering sexual energy, and transcending the ego.

    Some practices will involve sensual elements, including nudity and erotic exchange in group settings. Other rituals may focus on ego analysis, and the healing of negative body image and body dysmorphia. Additionally, consensual tantric sexual exchanges may be part of the Tantric Chakra Puja in couples or larger group settings.

    These practices are designed to challenge your innermost being and are intended for mature and awakened participants. Participation will be voluntary in some cases, while others will offer varying levels of involvement to match your comfort level.

    Please assess your readiness for this deep dive into the mysteries of sexual Tantra. A waiver and release form will be required before beginning the Tantra Sexuality TTC.

  • Certification Requirements

    To receive a Tantra Sexuality Teaching Certificate, you must achieve a certain level of accomplishment in the following five areas:

    • Attendance: Attend at least 95% of all course sessions, including practicum sessions of your peers
    • Theoretical Exams: Pass multiple-choice exams with a minimum score of 80%
    • Practicums: Successfully complete the practical components of the course, with a cumulative assessment of your practicum performances
    • Karmic Evaluation: Pass the spiritual karmic evaluation and assessment by Somananda
    • Spiritual Assessment: Pass the spiritual meditation assessment by Somananda, evaluating your resonance shift and spiritual growth

    If you do not meet the required passing rate on any theoretical exam, you may retake it once during the course. If you do not achieve the passing score after the second attempt, you will need to repeat the Tantra Sexuality TTC during the next offering.

  • Important Notes on Certification

    Please note that participation in this Tantra Sexuality TTC does not guarantee certification. You must demonstrate the necessary skills and competence—personally, professionally, and spiritually—before becoming eligible for a Tantra Teacher Certificate.

    ATTENTION! This course differs from other TTCs offered by our school. It requires a clear demonstration of transformation, ego mastery, and spiritual growth. If this change is not evident through the insights and assessments of our advanced teachers, you will not be granted a teaching certificate. To participate in the Tantra Sexuality TTC, you must sign a waiver confirming your full understanding and acceptance of this requirement.

    Final decisions regarding certification will be made exclusively by our head teacher, Somananda. If you do not pass your practicums, theoretical exams, or spiritual assessments at the required level, you may apply for certification at a later time after further personal practice. Please keep this in mind before registering for the course.

  • Language Requirements

    Our Tantra Sexuality TTC is taught in English. During practicums, students will be required to deliver lectures and lead practical sessions in English.

    Please ensure your language proficiency meets the required fluency level before applying. Inadequate English skills may result in the withholding of your teaching certification.

    The first three weeks of the Tantra Sexuality Teacher Training Course (16 August – 6 September 2026) will take place in Tallinn, Estonia in a non-residential format. During this time, participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations and arranging meals.

    Tallinn offers a variety of affordable accommodation options, including hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs. Once registered and confirmed, participants will have access to a group chat where they can discuss shared travel and accommodation arrangements, if desired.

    In weeks 1-3, the following curriculum segments will be covered:

    • Part 2: Becoming a Teacher

    The final two weeks of the TTC (7 – 20 September 2026) will take place as a residential retreat at Adila Retreat Center in the Estonian countryside. Participants will be transported by bus from Tallinn to Adila, where accommodations and meals will be provided.

  • Application Process

    To ensure a balanced and harmonious group dynamic, participation in all our courses is by application only. The application process consists of the following steps:

    • Step 1: Registration and Payment
      Complete your course registration and payment.
    • Step 2: Submit the Online Application Form
      Fill out and submit the online Application Form provided in your purchase confirmation email.
    • Step 3: Video Call and Final Decision
      Once we receive your Application Form, new students will be required to schedule a 10-minute video call with one of our head teachers. Following this step, a final decision regarding your participation will be made.

    You are also required to sign the Tantra Sexuality Teacher Code of Conduct online and agree to sign this document also in person upon arrival to the course.

    You will receive a decision within 5 working days after completing the application process. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be fully refunded.

    Arrival:
    We recommend arriving in Tallinn, Estonia at least one day before the course begins (i.e., on 15 August 2026). The course starts on 16 August 2026 at 15:00. Arriving earlier will give you time to explore the city and settle into your accommodations. It also provides a buffer in case of any unexpected travel delays or changes.

    Departure:
    For your return flight, please plan it no earlier than 18:00 on 20 September 2026. To allow time for integration and processing of your experiences, we suggest scheduling your departure for 21 September or later.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    Please wait until you receive a course confirmation email from us before making any travel arrangements. This email will indicate when you can proceed with finalizing your travel bookings.

  • Accommodation

    Weeks 1-3 of the 5-week Tantra Sexuality TTC are non-residential, meaning you will need to arrange your own accommodation in Tallinn until Monday, 7 September 2026, when we depart for Adila Retreat Center.

    Tallinn offers many comfortable and affordable Airbnb options. Upon registration and course confirmation, you will be added to a Telegram group where you can connect with your course colleagues to discuss shared accommodation options.

    On 7 September 2026, a chartered bus will transport all participants to Adila Retreat Center for the final two weeks of the TTC. These weeks are residential, with accommodation and meals provided.

  • Where to Fly

    This course begins in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. For a smooth travel experience, we recommend arriving in Tallinn at least one day before the course starts. This way, should there be any travel delays, you can still join the course on time.

    We suggest booking a hotel or an AirBnB apartment in Tallinn together with your course peers. There are numerous options across various price ranges. 

    A taxi ride from the airport to the city center typically costs between 15-25€ (16-27 USD).

    Tallinn is a safe and welcoming city. Card payments are accepted almost everywhere.

    Please note that depending on your nationality, a Schengen visa may be required to enter Estonia and the European Union. Be sure to verify visa requirements before planning your travel.

Important Note on Force Majeure

If force majeure circumstances (such as Covid-related travel restrictions or other unforeseen global events) make it impossible to conduct the Tantra Sexuality Teacher Training Course in-person, the course will be reformatted into an online format. It will be held partially or fully via Zoom over several months, with the exact schedule planned in collaboration with the participants.

Weeks 1-3 of this course are non-residential and held at the Tao Center located in the heart of Tallinn – an idyllic location with cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture and plenty of nearby gourmet restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The center is complete with two comfortable and cozy Yoga halls, separate men’s and women’s changing rooms with showers, co-ed sauna and a lovely common area for breaks.

Weeks 4-5 of this course are residential and held in a countryside location 45-minute drive from Tallinn, at Adila Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall at our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses and cottages for accommodation.

During weeks 4 and 5 you will be placed in shared occupancy with 2-4 people of the same gender per room. Couples will have their own private room. Higher quality rooms will be allocated according to registration date. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared showers and bathrooms in a nearby separate building

FAQ

Is this course residential?

This TTC is a 5-week in-person experience. You will need to be present for all five weeks.

The first three weeks of the TTC will be non-residential which means participants will need to secure their own accommodations and arrange their own meals.

The final two weeks of this TTC will be residential. All participants will be transported by bus to a retreat center and accommodation and meals are provided during this time.

Exact travel details, recommendations, and resources will be shared with registered participants.

I have familial and work responsibilities. What happens if I miss more classes than is allowed?

With the exception of emergency situations, full attendance will be expected of all Tantra Sexuality TTC students during all 5 weeks.

As a condition of receiving your teaching certificate, 95% attendance is required which includes all lectures, practicum teaching sessions for yourself and your peers, yoga classes, Q&A’s as well as teacher skill building and development. Should absences become excessive, students are at risk of not meeting the criteria for completion of the course and graduation.

Our administrative staff will be keeping tabs on all attendance. If a student looks to be at risk of not completing the TTC or graduating due to lack of attendance, the head teachers will be informed and students will be approached about the situation. Steps will be taken to try to rectify the problem and get the student back on track.

What happens if I do not pass all elements of the final exam?

If you do not pass all elements of the Tantra Sexuality TTC exam (this includes the practicums, written exam and/or the spiritual assessment) at the required and necessary level, you may retake the exam at a later date after more personal practice and studying has been done.

Please note that participation in the Tantra Sexuality TTC alone DOES NOT guarantee certification. You will need to acquire and display all the necessary skills (personally, professionally, and spiritually) in order to be eligible for and earn your teaching certificate.

What kind of personal transformation can I expect?

In order to become a proficient and influential teacher, the ego and all of its many faces and facets will need to be confronted. This is accomplished through various tantric exercises and rituals where you will gain insight into your own barriers and limitations that exist within. Only from this seat of self-awareness can you truly become a powerful, influential and humble teacher of Tantra Sexuality.

This TTC will be a test of perseverance and dedication to the path. Only those who prove themselves a true tantric capable and deserving of the Tantra Teaching Certificate will graduate and receive the blessing of the guru.

What will I be able to teach upon completing this TTC and receiving my teaching certificate?

After graduating from this Tantra Sexuality TTC, you will be certified to teach up to 5-day retreats on the combined topics of tantric sexuality, tantric relationships, and tantric rituals. You will also be licensed to teach private couples’ retreats and 2-day weekend workshops.

Prototypical retreat and workshop schedules will be provided for you during the TTC.

Are there any course or experience prerequisites for joining this TTC?

No. The application for this course is open to all who wish to join. However, you do need to be fluent in the English language to participate in this 5-week training.
