Sacred Rituals Part 2
- Body Mudras Ritual #2: Raising the awareness to the next level with the pure naked body where both Shivas and Shaktis use transfiguration and the third eye to summon the Divine with the assistance of sacred mudras and other factors.
- Fire Ritual: For clearing the mind from blockages and impurities, eliminating past negative karma and cleansing the aura and body deeply.
- Sublimation Ritual: Using the secret Indian somas to open the higher chakras, achieve a higher state of mind and spirit while rejuvenating the physical body. This ritual includes a unique meditation for communing with the Divine and elevating your level of consciousness.

Day 1: Arrival and Introduction
Day 1 is dedicated to arriving to the residential venue, Pühali Retreat Center, getting settled, enjoying a nice dinner together with the group, meeting your teachers and receiving a briefing regarding how to prepare and what to expect in the days to come.
- The schedule for Day 1 (6 February 2028) is the following:

16:30 Arrival to the venue and settling in

19:00 Introduction and briefing
22:00 ConclusionYou will receive a separate email with the details of the bus pickup. We recommend that you arrive to Tallinn at least a few hours before the bus departure or, better yet, a day before, leaving a buffer for possible unexpected travel hiccups.

Days 2-6: Rituals
Days 2-6 (7 – 11 February 2028): About eight hours a day will be spent on Tantra Rituals teachings and practices, alternating between intensive and restorative sessions so participants can recharge between them.

Day 7: Conclusion
The last day we will begin slightly later. There will be no morning Yoga practice. Instead, we will perform a group tantric ritual and conclude the retreat.

Fill out and submit the online Application Form provided in your purchase confirmation email. - Step 3: Audio Call and Final Decision
Once we receive your Application Form, new students will be required to schedule a 10-minute audio call with one of our head teachers. Following this step, a final decision regarding your participation will be made.
You will receive a decision within three working days after completing the application process. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be fully refunded.

Travel Planning to Tallinn, Estonia
This course will be held at a serene countryside venue, just a 45-minute drive from Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. You will fly into Tallinn, and on the day the course begins, we will arrange a chartered bus to take you to the Pühali Retreat Centre.
For a smooth travel experience, we recommend arriving in Tallinn at least one day before the course starts. This way, should there be any travel delays, you can still catch the chartered bus to the venue without issue.
If you arrive early, we suggest booking a hotel in Tallinn. There are numerous accommodation options across various price ranges. A taxi ride from the airport to the city center typically costs between 15-25€ (16-27 USD).
Tallinn is a safe and welcoming city, with card payments accepted almost everywhere.
Please note that depending on your nationality, a Schengen visa may be required to enter Estonia and the European Union. Be sure to verify visa requirements before planning your travel.

Pihali, EstoniaThis is a retreat held in a countryside location one-hour drive from Tallinn, in Pühali Retreat Center. It is a quiet and serene location in the middle of calm and beautiful nature. We have a newly built large practice hall in our disposal, spacious lakeside sauna and various wooden houses for accommodation.
You will be placed in shared occupancy with 2 to 4 people per room or cottage. Higher quality rooms will be allocated to the first subscribers. Couples will have their own private room. All rooms have shared bathrooms (no en suite) and some cottages have shared shower and bathrooms in a separate building.

Course Fee Inclusions:
The course fee covers all teachings and materials, a comprehensive course booklet, 6 nights of shared accommodation (2–4 participants per room), three nourishing meals per day, and group transportation between Tallinn and the course venue (round trip).
Not Included in the Course Fee:
Participants are responsible for arranging their flights to Tallinn, Estonia, as well as personal supplies required for the course, such as a yoga mat and certain clothing items. A detailed packing list will be provided before the course.

FAQ
Is this course only for couples?
This retreat is open to singles and couples. An effort will be made to accept an equal number of men and women. But note that participants will be paired up with different partners during some of the rituals to enhance the practices and surpass limitations of the mind.
Can I work only with my partner?
This retreat includes many group rituals and activities, therefore you will need to be open to working with everyone. There is no sexual activity in this retreat.
How can I apply what I learn in this course in my everyday life?
This course is foremost experiential with supportive spiritual teachings and lectures. You will gain an understanding of the purpose of several tantric rituals and how these experiences can bring you to an elevated level spiritually.
What if I feel I am not ready to join a particular ritual?
You can always choose not to join a certain practice and relax in your room for that duration. However, we do assure you that all activities are done in the spirit of respect, purity and aspiration for the Divine.
In the same breath, this course is meant for those more mature in spirit and mind, so we ask you to evaluate your readiness accurately. Sexual activity is not apart of the course.
