Day 1: Arrival and Introduction
This Ultimate Tantric Woman training is a residential retreat. You will spend all 7 days in a beautiful Monte da Orada venue in southern Portugal.
Chartered bus transport from Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, to the course venue and back is organised by us and is free of charge for you.
- The schedule for Day 1 (23 November 2025) is the following:

Days 2-7: Studies
- Days 2-7 (24 – 29 November 2025): Teachings and practice of Ultimate Tantric Woman for approximately eight hours daily. In terms of rhythm, more intense sessions follow more relaxed sessions, such that participants do not need to sustain their energy maximally and have intervals to revitalise.

Day 8: Conclusion and Departure
On the last day we will begin slightly later, as there will be no morning practice. Instead, we will have the final teachings and retreat conclusion.

Please do not plan your flight out of Lisbon earlier than 18:00 on 30 November. We recommend even that you stay an extra day or two in Lisbon to integrate the course experience better, before taking any flights.

Application Process
To ensure a balanced and harmonious group dynamic, participation in all our courses is by application only. The application process consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: Registration and Payment
Complete your course registration and payment. - Step 2: Submit the Online Application Form
Fill out and submit the online Application Form provided in your purchase confirmation email. - Step 3: Video Call and Final Decision
Once we receive your Application Form, new students will be required to schedule a 10-minute video call with one of our head teachers. Following this step, a final decision regarding your participation will be made.
You will receive a decision within three working days after completing the application process. If your application is not accepted, your payment will be fully refunded.
- Step 1: Registration and Payment
Travel Planning to Lisbon, Portugal
This course will take place at a beautiful retreat center of Monte da Orada. The group will travel by chartered bus from Lisbon to the retreat venue.
For a seamless travel experience, we recommend arriving in Lisbon at least one day before the course begins. This will ensure you have ample time to catch the chartered bus to the venue, even if there are any travel delays.
If you arrive early, we suggest booking a hotel in Lisbon. There is a wide range of accommodation options are available to suit various budgets. A taxi from the airport to the city center typically costs between 15-25€ (18-30 USD).
Please note that depending on your nationality, a Schengen visa may be required to enter Portugal and the European Union. Be sure to check visa requirements before finalizing your travel plans.

Accommodation will be allocated in the order of your sign-up date, with higher quality rooms given to earlier registrants.

Tickets
Course Fee Inclusions:
The course fee covers all teachings and materials, a comprehensive course booklet, 7 nights of shared accommodation (2–4 participants per room), three nourishing meals per day, and group transportation between Lisbon and the course venue (round trip).
Not Included in the Course Fee:
Participants are responsible for arranging their flights to Lisbon, Portugal, as well as personal supplies required for the course, such as a yoga mat and certain clothing. A detailed packing list will be provided before the course.
