Arrival and departure
First day (27 February 2022): Complimentary chartered bus will pick you up in Managua, the capital of Nicaragua: 14:00 in Managua Airport and 14:30 in Managua city centre. Approximate arrival to the retreat venue is 18:00, followed by a welcome dinner and retreat introduction at 19:00.
Retreat days (28 February – 10 March 2022): See a more detailed daily schedule on the next slide. The night of 1 March will be dedicated to the Maha Shivaratri all night long ritual.
Last day (11 March 2022): This is the day of conclusion of the retreat with chartered bus departure back to Managua after lunch around 14:00.
We strongly advise that you leave at least a 2-3 days buffer between the last day of the course and your flight out of Nicaragua. This gives you enough time to take a PCR test in Managua, the only location available, or make other documents that may be needed for your smooth return trip.

During the retreat days from 28 February – 10 March your schedule will look like this:

17:00 Meditation and satsang with Somananda

Travel info for Nicaragua
Traveling during Covid times adds a few extra steps to your travel preparations but luckily traveling to Nicaragua is quite simple. Nicaragua has been and still is one of the countries with the least travel restrictions and requirements to date.
What is needed to enter Nicaragua:
- A proof of a negative PCR test taken no more than 72 hours from the moment you land in Nicaragua;
- Filling out an airline specific Entry and Exit Form (please contact your airline for the details).
When planning your trip, do also consider Covid requirements of your transfer countries (e.g. USA requires proof of vaccination for all transfers).
If you need a PCR test for your journey back (please check with your airline), then we strongly advise that you leave at least 2-3 days extra as a buffer between the last day of the course and your final flight out of Nicaragua. This gives you enough time to take a PCR test in Managua, the capital city of Nicaragua, and receive your results before your departing flight.
Please know that we do not have the possibility to be fully informed of the travel and transfer requirements of all the countries of the world. Your travel arrangements are foremost your responsibility. In saying that, we will be supporting all course participants with additional information after your course booking.

Tickets
The retreat fee includes: All teachings and practices, accommodation on a shared occupancy basis, rejuvenating meals three times a day, unlimited filtered drinking water, and transfer from Managua to the venue and back.
The course fee does not include: Flights and other transportation to Nicaragua, the cost of personal supplies for each participant (e.g. yoga mat, yoga clothes, and other items – a list will be sent prior to the course start date).
