Online course schedule
This Tantra Yoga Level 6 online course is offered in the format of 8 classes. Each class has a duration of 3 to 4 hours and consists of theoretical and practical teachings, group Yoga practice and Q&A session.
The classes are offered once a week Wednesdays starting 3 PM London time (UTC+1). The exact days of the week will be chosen based on what best fits the group.
In order to pass this Level and be eligible to continue with Tantra Yoga Level 7, the participant needs to be fully present in at least 6 classes out of 8.

How to participate
This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. All necessary access codes and passwords for this online course will be sent to you in an email one or two days prior to the start of the online course.
During all teaching and practice sessions we ask you to:
- Use a webcam at all times. This creates a much better learning environment and group energy. If your webcam is not switched on during teaching sessions you will be removed from the session.
- Use a headset with a built-in microphone. This is required for better audio quality, more concentrated learning experience and privacy of the teachings.
- Be alone in the room or only with another registered course participant. No family members, friends or partners who have not registered for the course are allowed to be in the same room with you during the teaching sessions.

Online course, live via ZoomWe’ll meet through Zoom to keep the experience interactive and personal. A webcam and earphones with a microphone are required to fully take part.
Every session is taught live only, with no recordings available afterward, so be sure to join on time according to your own time zone. You’ll have the chance to ask our teachers questions directly during designated Q&A sessions.
Please note this retreat is offered in English only, with no translation services available at this time.
