This course is offered online!
All course days, 13-16 August 2020, have the same general schedule. Experiential exercises and meditations are included into various teaching sessions. Guided Hatha Yoga practice is generally done in the mornings, except the first day when it is in the afternoon. The times below are given according to London time zone.

This course is offered live online through the Zoom platform. All necessary access codes and passwords for this online course will be sent to you in an email one or two days before the online course is scheduled to start.

The online course will be offered through Zoom, so we could have a more interactive group experience. Note that you are required to use a webcam and a headset with a microphone in order to part take in this online course.
Every session will be taught in a live format only. There will be no recordings available at a later time or date. Be sure to be there on time for each session according to your personal time zone.
You can ask questions from our teachers verbally during designated Q&A sessions.
Do keep in mind this online retreat is offered in English only. There are no translation services available at this time.
