Weeks 1 to 3
Day 1 (5 September 2021): Arrival and welcome
At 16:00 the group transport bus departs from Lisbon. The exact departure location will be communicated to all participants. We recommend that you arrive to Lisbon at least a couple of hours before this departure time (or why not a day before!). The drive to the venue is estimated to last about 45 minutes. At 19:00 welcome dinner begins at the venue followed by the course introduction at 20:00.Days 2-22 (6 September – 26 September 2021): Teachings and practice
From the second day onwards we begin with the YTTC teachings. You will be studying and practicing yoga for approximately eight hours daily with various longer and shorter breaks.Schedule of the first 3 weeks will look like the following:

12:30 Specific YTTC session
14:00 Lunch and break
16:30 Session III: Afternoon teachings and practice
20:30 Dinner
21:30 Satsang, spiritual movie, special meditations or sauna
23:00 Lights out!Sundays are allocated for rest and rejuvenation and are generally free days. Your midterm exam will take place on 25 September.

Weeks 4 and 5
Days 23-35 (27 September – 9 October 2021): Teachings and practice
on week 4 you will begin to lead practicums and continue your TTC specific teachings. Each student will lead up to four practicums.07:00 Morning practice

The YTTC final exam will take place on Saturday, 9 October. That same evening we will also hold our final group event.
Sunday, the final day (10 October 2021): We will begin after breakfast at 10:00 with graduation ceremony, empowerment meditation and conclusion. Our last day will conclude by 15:00. Please do not plan your departure from the venue earlier than this!

This retreat is taking place in a beautiful countryside location just an hour drive from Lisbon city and Lisbon airport. Quinta da Enxara is a peaceful paradise in the hills close to natural beauty and stunning views. This makes it a perfect getaway place for your spiritual Yoga immersion.
The venue offers a natural swimming pool and wood-heated sauna. Nourishing meals are made of local farm produce.
Accommodation is in lovely comfortable yurts or rooms and in shared occupancy with 2 to 5 people. There is also one dormitory with up to 10 people. Bathrooms are shared (no en suite). Accommodation will generally be allocated based on your sign up date. Couples will have their own private yurt or room. Personal laundry can be done on site free of charge.

Course fee
The course fee includes: All course teachings and various supplies, course materials, accommodation on a shared occupancy basis, rejuvenating vegetarian meals three times a day, unlimited filtered drinking water and tea, transport from Lisbon to course venue and back.
The course fee does not include: Flights and other transportation to Portugal, the cost of personal supplies for (e.g. yoga mat, yoga clothes, and other items – a list will be sent prior to the course start date).
To book your place for this course a minimum payment of 650€ is required for your application to be reviewed. You may also choose to make a full payment immediately.
For cancellation and refunds please carefully read our updated Terms of Service and Liability Waiver before making your booking. By making a booking you confirm that you fully accept all terms presented in these documents. Upon a cancellation from your side, the deposit payment is non-refundable but additional refund limitations may also apply depending on other factors.
Note about this course and Covid-19
We hope very much that we are able to offer this course as planned and welcome you at this beautiful course venue. It is possible, however, that various travel limitations and quarantine requirements due to Covid may still apply at the time the course is planned to take place. We intend to make a final decision about whether this course can go ahead a minimum of two weeks before it is scheduled to begin.
We would like to assure you that in the event this course needs to be postponed your payment would not be lost. Your registration would automatically be transferred to the new dates. If the new dates were not feasible for you, your payment would remain on your account as a credit, which you can apply to any course(s) we offer, online or onsite.
In the case of cancellation due to Covid, again your payment would not be lost. Refunds are not offered but your payment would be applied to your account as a credit, which you can apply to any course(s) we offer, online or onsite.
