The yogis of India and Tibet knew how to train and control the mind, and spent their lives using various techniques to strengthen their mental power. Any human being can learn how to increase his or her power of concentration by doing certain practices every day.
Strong development of the mind positively impacts many aspects of daily life, including the ability to study and retain knowledge, tantric sexuality, job earnings and prosperity, daily life efficiency, sports aptitude, and fulfilling almost any other desired goal.
