Satsang: Is There Life After Death? The Yogic Teachings Explained

15 March 2017, from 19.00 to 21.00
Edinburgh, Scotland

(This is a Curriculum Additional Teachings course)

As the average person avoids confronting the reality of death, it remains a taboo cultural topic for Westerners who relate to it from a perspective based in fear. But the Art of Dying teachings, derived from the approach of the Tibetan Bardo Thodol, illuminate the evolutionary significance of the moment of death and provide important knowledge that can change your destiny and help you to assist others through the dying process.

Topics of the evening

  • The real meaning of death and why you should understand it regardless of your age
  • How to support loved ones through their deaths
  • Change the way you view death and become empowered to face it with courage and a deeper understanding

This satsang is given by our head teacher Somananda.

The evening will last up to 2 hours, from 19.00 to 21.00 (15 March 2017). Please arrive a few minutes before the beginning. There is no need to bring anything with you. The satsang is conducted in English.
