As the average person avoids confronting the reality of death, it remains a taboo cultural topic for Westerners who relate to it from a perspective based in fear. But the Art of Dying teachings, derived from the approach of the Tibetan Bardo Thodol, illuminate the evolutionary significance of the moment of death and provide important knowledge that can change your destiny and help you to assist others through the dying process.

- How to support loved ones through their deaths
- Change the way you view death and become empowered to face it with courage and a deeper understanding
